A. FORMS & SHIPPING POLICY
1. FOR CUSTOMERS UNDER HO CHI MINH CITY
VASPORT offers free shipping for all orders over 500,000 VND in the city. Ho Chi Minh City range of 10km from the nearest STORE below:
VASPORT SHOWROOM: 122/36 Bui Dinh Tuy, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District, City. HCM City
For orders over 10km, additional charges will be charged based on the carrier’s tariff.
▪ Delivery time is determined by you so that it can match your time.
▪ Customers note that for express delivery or exact time delivery, you will not be entitled to Freeship but will be partly supported by VASPORT.
▪️ Time to receive orders and start delivery from 09:00 – 22:00 of the day.
2. FOR CUSTOMERS UNDER OTHER PROVINCES:
VASPORT uses transportation services (Best Express, GHTK, GHN, Viettel Post …) or sends the vehicle if you request, the method of parking helps you save maximum time (applied to customers in provinces and cities with bus depart from HCMC such as Long Xuyen, An Giang, Can Tho, Da Lat, Vung Tau …).
- With orders over 2,000,000 VND – 100% FREE shipping applies. Do not apply Freeship to products, stock or in promotions. VASPORT will not Freeship or only support delivery fees for customers.
With orders under 2,000,000 VND – Please pay shipping costs and collect on behalf of the forwarder. - Shipping time is from 2-4 days for orders directly under the city, 4-6 days for orders at district, commune or remote areas. Transit time may change depending on the time of year, affected by weather / natural disasters or other force majeure reasons.

B. PAYMENT FORMS
1. PURCHASE AND PAY AT STORE (CASH IN STORE)
You can visit, choose and listen to consult about products at the store. You can pay by cash or by bank transfer.
2. PAYMENT ON RECEIVING (COD)
Applies to all orders nationwide. You will be notified in advance of the amount to be paid without having to pay anything in advance, the delivery staff will call before delivery, you will pay the delivery staff after checking the goods.
3. TRANSFER ACCOUNT VIA BANK. (INTERNET BANKING)
